Love the amazing views of the ocean from every window. This never changes or tires as well as the convenient location to the beach, shopping and great walks. Kitchen was well appointed with great appliances however I did not appreciate the supply of only single use dishwashing liquid and powder for dishwasher. As well as only 3 or 4 complimentary basic tea and coffee I thought was pretty shabby in comparison to other cheaper accommodations we have stayed at. The bathrooms were dated and could use a revamp. Unfortunately we found all the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable in this unit and the one spare pillow in the cupboard of the second bedroom had 4 hairs on it. We used to holiday at Centrepoint annually for years in various apartments but haven’t for the last 4 or 5 years and we feel the standard and value for money was better back then. Read more

The location of Centrepoint is perfect, we hardly needed to use our car as most things were within walking distance and the beach was just at the end of the street. Very nice apartment, perhaps just a little outdated but so close to everything Caloundra has to offer. One criticism would be that the air-conditioner was far too noisy and needs to be replaced. We couldn't use it very much and certainly not at night during a fairly hot spell of weather. Excellent views. Read more

Employees are lovely and really helpful. The price is good, the location is great and why we go back. There was a plethora of English tourists visiting at the time and if you wondered who is keeping the tobacco industry alive, yep it’s them. We were limited in use of our balcony as they were sitting on theirs puffing away and we were copping the vapour trail which is no fun when you’re trying to eat lunch. The content of the unit was very dated, you don’t need dusty plastic plants as decor. The living room curtains were filthy and mouldy. Read more

Front Reception - Leanne was very helpful and friendly AND WELCOMING. The unit was well presented and very well cleaned. The facilities are all good. We were in unit 77 and the dinning chairs could have done with a new refill, they were very uncomfortable to sit on. Thankfully there was plenty of cushions to place on them to ensure our comfort. Would have liked to have seen a platter type plate for cheese and biscuits at relax time on the deck. The breakfast at Crumbs is always a highlight for us and it did not disappoint.The central location is excellent for us as we do not need to move our car once parked it is very close to holiday activities and restaurants.Bonus is Sunday market and no shops that open on Sunday . We have already booked again for next year. Thank you for providing a super spot for our family to meet and catch up. Location was perfect. Didn’t see any staff as we were there for a sporting carnival. Unit was spacious and had a great view, the unit only had air con in the lounge room. The 3 bedrooms were stinking hot and a bit dated but was only there in the afternoons and to sleep. The front doors to the building weren’t working so had to enter and exit by walking through the underground car park. Had that all been working they would have got 4 stars. Didn’t use the facilities as they were all closed by the time we got back. Had conversations with the staff on a few occasions over the phone and found one of them to be quite rude, but we were never there so it did t really bother us. Read more

We loved the apartment, location was perfect, it was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was lack of aircon in bedrooms. We also had an issue with not being able to postpone our trip when we really needed to. Our family had had gastro in the week leading up to our trip, and as a result some who were still sick had to come up a day late, and then another became sick while we were there. We had called and tried to postpone, but were told it wasn’t possible and if we didn’t come we would lose all our money. Given the extenuating circumstances I did feel that was unfair. It did spoil our trip as our family was split up, and we weren’t able to enjoy all the activities we had planned, and we had to try to deal with a child throwing up in the apartment. It would have been much better if we could have gone a week or two later. Nevertheless, we did love the place and will probably try to go back. Read more
